Two years today, TAKEN sold to HarperTeen. Two weeks from tomorrow, it will finally be on shelves.
Putting a book into the world takes not only many months, but many people, and I can sense a long-winded thank you post in the near future. But until then, I want to kick off Taken with TAKEN, a little pre-order/purchase contest that will run throughout April.
THE PRIZES:

Perhaps I’m biased because I contribute to PubCrawl with these ladies, but I think that’s one heck of a reading haul! (Truly. I adore each and every one of these books.) And look at that adorable tote they will come in! You know you want this.
TO ENTER:
Buy a copy of TAKEN on or before 4/30/13 and fill out the form below. No really, that’s it. Pre-orders count. Online orders count. In-person purchases at your favorite bookstore count. Simply fill out the form letting me know you’ve bought your copy, and you’re entered to win. (But be sure to hold on to your receipt! If you’re drawn as a winner, you will need to show it to claim your prize.)
FOR AN EXTRA ENTRY:
Take a picture of yourself holding your copy of TAKEN, and post it to twitter, tumblr, or instagram with the hashtag #TakenWithTAKEN. If you’re camera shy, get creative (eg: have your pet stand in for you). If you bought a digital version of the novel, just snap the photo with the cover pulled up on your reader. All entries count so long as it’s your copy of TAKEN and the photo is tagged #TakenWithTAKEN.
